Once we get started, here’s what happens in our process:

1. You provide your briefing (a bit like writing the brief for a novel)

5. We test it with real users to get their feedback and make revisions if needed 
6. Then, we do high-fidelity mockups, including visual designs and screens for similar products/services 
7. We test it again and review the results with you
8. If all goes well, we develop the product and release it to your users! (This may need multiple rounds of testing along the way.)
